Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days after receiving your order. Please keep in mind that some of our items are hand made and so at peak times orders may take slightly longer to be shipped.  

 

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail  or Evri Monday - Friday, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any items missing or damaged.

As per Royal Mail's and Evri websites items can take upto 10 working days for delivery during busy periods. If your item has not arrived after this time please let us know.
